Q: The app won’t download or install on my iPhone/iPad.
A: Please make sure you are signed into the App Store with your Apple ID, have a stable Wi-Fi connection, and enough free storage space. Restart your device and try again.
Q: The app is crashing or freezing.
A: Ensure you are using the latest version of Bebee by visiting the App Store. If the issue continues, try restarting your device. If it still happens, please contact us.
Q: How do I reset my app preferences?
A: In Bebee’s settings, you can reset your preferences to default. This won’t delete your account but will clear custom settings.
